This past weekend, I tried some amazing 한국-이탈리아 퓨전 음식 (Korean-Italian fusion food)!
퓨전 음식 means food that combines flavors or cooking styles from different cultures. One dish was 고추장 삼겹살 with 구운 로메인 and 당근 무스. The other was 항정살 파스타 with a rich cheese base.
Honestly, I didn’t expect these combinations to work so well, 그런데 진짜 맛있었어요! 😋
The restaurant is in 용산 (Yongsan), Seoul, and I’m already planning my next visit.
